In practice, late-term abortions are rare, since doctors are unwilling to preform them without good reason (and there is a medical reason for this, as late-term abortions can be quite unsafe). They happen, of course, but there are no legal repercussions for this, which is just fine by me. This is exactly the way abortions should be handled- between a woman and her doctor, without government saying that abortion is illegal after a certian point.</description>
